COVID-19 certificate to help citizens travel more freely across the 27-nation bloc and open up summer tourism. While EU officials stress they will not discriminate against those who do not have a certificate, tourism-dependent countries such as Greece hope it will end the current patchwork of national rules, with agreement sought by the end of June. A COVID certificate would be handed out for free by health authorities in EU countries to people who received a vaccine, had a negative test or are immune, having recovered from COVID. No one will be obliged to use the EU certificate, the European Parliament says.

Scotland’s First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon has confirmed that Scotland is adopting the ‘traffic light’ system and will allow International travel to 12 ‘Green’ list destinations from next week, but it will not include the Balearic Islands, according to Travel Weekly. “We will move to a traffic light system [for international travel] based on assessments by the Joint Biosecurity Centre,” she said. “If you enter Scotland from a red list country you will still be required to quarantine in a Government approved hotel for 10 days. This includes Turkey, the Maldives and Nepal.” Arrivals from ‘Amber’ list destinations will be required to self-isolate at home and take two PCR tests after arrival.

BTS RM and Jungkook look sharp in teaser photos ahead of Butter release on May 21 : Bollywood News

The septet will drop their second English  Butter . Earlier this month, promotional content was kicked off with the unveiling of the first concept clip teaser poster, followed by the concept clips featuring RM and Jungkook,  Jin and Suga, and J-Hope, Jimin, and V, and then the first teaser photo in which BTS is in their full glory. After the group teaser photo comes individual pictures of members RM and Jungkook looking dapper and sharp in white and grey, respectively. Their concept clips were unveiled on the same day, last week. Interestingly, Jungkook is donning gems accessories on the left eyebrow. The two of them are sporting bright hairdos - pink and purple - making fans wondering if the vibe of the song is bright or has a dark vibe to it if going by the previously released clips.
